401k

The agency offers the option of a 401K plan to all eligible employees. All employees are eligible except per diem. Effective 1/1/2013, auto enroll is 3%, first 1% is matched at 100%; 2%-6% of annual earnings are matched at 50%

Life Insurance

The Standard Life (100% employer paid. Pay out is 1 year’s worth of annual salary.)

Short Term Disability

Allowed by the roll over of sick time hours to accrue no more than 630 hours.

Long Term Disability

The agency pays the full cost for Long Term Disability for employees working at least 20 hours per week. Employees are eligible for coverage on the first day of the month concurrent with or next following their date of hire.
