Full time (25 BILLABLE hours per week / 100 per month)
Employees working out of the Cape Cod office have a quota of 22 BILLABLE hours per week / 88 per month.

Employees also receive 6 earned time hours if they reach or exceed their quota.

Dental insurance is 100% employee paid; therefore, you may remain on the plan.

401K – Participation

All employees except per diem. Employer match = 50% of the first 4% of annual earnings.

 

A full-time fee-for-service staff has the option to receive a set hourly rate of 18.75 for the first three months. They will be required to work 40 hours per week during this introductory period, allowing time to build your caseload. At the end of the three month period, you will automatically be placed on fee-for-service.
